Sales and the 'Talent Magnet'

A lot is written about being a ‘Talent Magnet’, either as a company, or as President. It’s all good practice – listen, mentor, reward, provide clear goals and career maps. Good practice for the employer, but what about the employee?

This sounds really exciting. The whole debate surrounding stem cell research using embryos has really held back research in that area, so if we can get around that by producing the cells ourselves, that would be a great step forward.

I'm so glad to see this. I always thought stem cell research from unborn babies was just wrong. Yes, it's wonderful to do research that might in the future save lives, but not at the expense of another one.

This is great news. So many lives could be saved through stem cell research. It holds the key to finding a cure for potentially hundreds of debilitating and incurable illnesses.

It's a great development. The fact that these cells are being generated from mice should at least shut up those that get all squeamish because they normally come from human embryos. I wonder if these people get similarly vocal about fertility treatments, which destroy just as many embryos as stem cell research?
