Blue Ocean Strategy is a framework for driving value innovation, created by INSEAD professors W. Chan Kim and Renee Mauborgne. It is based on a decade-long study of 150 strategic moves spanning more than 30 industries over 100 years. Many industrial companies have already embraced the process; pharma companies are next.
